Is there any instance in Bulgaria where you open a political figure's biography and do not encounter a can of vermin?

If not, is it not time for a National Parliament to change the constitution, since the people will not trust ANYONE who assumes political leadership in Bulgaria - they are AUTOMATICALLY labelled corrupt. Is Bulgaria so lethargic, so devoid of hope, that nothing can be done to provide a democratic rule by the People in this country?

If so, it is a bad here as it is in the United States.
