The global IT giant IBM is interested in creating a traffic management system for the Bulgarian capital Sofia.
The CEO of IBM Bulgaria, Alexander Rakov, presented Wednesday the company's concept - known as "Smart" - for investing into traffic management of Sofia.
Rakov mentioned that IBM and the Sofia Municipality had had talks but did not provide further details....
What a great money spinner for IBM, a bug here and there and they can be printing money from this system for centuries to come. Next thing we can do is give the printing of money to the local mafia, its almost the same thing.
IBM prices are the highest for almost everything and the quality is well below what should be expected.
