Commenting article: Bulgaria PM: Europe Should Not See Reactivation of NPP Units as Defiance

""However, the whole package of projects I just mentioned would require over EUR 900 M. This is lots of money. Money that has not been planned in out State budget. This is why we have to turn to our European partners," Stanishev said."

The BSP led coalition squandered the budget surplus, and now they are passing round the begging bowl. Oh, and they want to re-open a nuke that the EU told them to close down. Somehow one has to suspect this attitude will not cut much ice with Brussels.

Especially now, where the main arguement, the gas crisis is over.

If BG could raise its energy effieciency there will be enough energy remaining, that there were will be no need for restarting the nuke.

If the coalition would put as much energy as they are putting now in Kosloduj in other more urgent problems...

The persistance is very suspisicous.
