Hey NELLIEx,

HAVE YOU READ THE NATO CHARTER?

According to it's chapter 59 EVERY COUNTRY MEMBER OF THE NATO HAS THE

RIGHT TO WITHDROW FROM THE ORGANISATION AFTER SUBMITTING

A MEMORANDUM FOR CANCELATION OF IT'S MEMEBERSHIP.

Therefore if BG wishes to withdrow from NATO,it just have to file such a

memorandum at it's headquarters in Brussel,BELGIUM.

The membership shall be disolved ONE YEAR AFTER FILING OF THE PETITION...

that is what was agreed among the NATO members after WWII.

Hey Roadtripper,

the Bulgarian Government allowed US Forces to be stationed in BG.

The Bulgarian people were NOT asked...that is what I was told ,when I visited

Bulgaria.

If a such small but CURREGIOUS nation as KIRGISTAN can tell them to leave,

why NOT the Bulgarians?

I would like to see more neutral BG... not ANY FOREIGH ARMY on BG soul!

PK;

YES...he wiped all his family "in the HEAT OF PASSION" ...that is how his attorney

shall present it.

The doctrine ,named "IN THE HEAT OF PASSION"is an invention of AMERICAN

LAWYERS(who else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) and is recognised in most Trial Courts.

This is the case when a husband comes home and finds his wife in bed with her

lover...

then IN THE HEAT OF PASION he has the right to KILL her.

This doctrine is AN EXUSE for commiting a delict in the Criminal law.

I will check if the BG Courts recognise such nonsense.

When a wife killes her husband..then the attorneys are screaming:

"BATTTERED WIFE SYNDROM!"..it seams in the Anglo-Saxon world the woman

is not allowed to be passionate...therefore she can not kill IN THE HEAT OF PASSION!

It is true that CNN is psitioned in LONDON,UK but it's journalists are predominately

AMERICAN!

My favorite e.g. RICHARD QUEST is from Illinois...a small town,I forgot the name.

Last year he was reporting about his town and family.

As I lived in USA I can imediatelly recognise the American accent and tell if the

reporter is a British or other nationality.

There is a blond girl,SASCHA HERMAN...the first time she opened her mouth,I knew ,she is a GERMAN...

the German accent is very distinctive and I know how Germans are speaking

American language.

Anyway, the reporters at CNN are shouting the text ,which their EDITOR

TIME WARNER Inc. prescribed them.

WESSEN BROT ICH ESSE ,DESSEN LIED ICH SINGE!

NELLIE,
it seems you do NOT live in USA ...otherweise you will know that in UTAH there

are NOT so many BLOND,BLUEEYED people.

I was in July 2004 in Salt Lake City, stopped there for some days on the way to

LA,California.

You are right that the Mormones are conservative but I liked the way they bring up their children.

Anyway...I did not see so many BLOND women there...this is NOT Los angeles

with aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall the BLONDIES from the bottle!

Why the British audience?!

I lived twice in England and as far as I know they are NOT watching CNN !

It is broadcasted from London but the British either prefer BBC or the SKY channel.

WHO KNOWS WHAT NONSENSE THE AMERICANS WERE TALKING ABOUT!

My dearest BUDDY;

regrettably you do not know Bulgarian history!

PLEASE,STUDY IT BEFORE YOU START TALKING !

The BG tzar was JUST 6 years old when his father Boris died.

As far as I know from Bulgarians, who were old enough to live during the monarhy,

his father was poisoned by the NAZIS,returning from BERLIN.

They tried to force him to support the Army of the GREAT REICH with BG soldiers

but he refused and this was his death sentence!

So........... why should a 6 years old boy inherrit the NAZI aliance of his father?

He did NOT rule Bulgaria!

The country was ruled by a REGGENT government.

Countryhick,

It seems you do not read "The Economist",Business Week or Time magazine,do you?

Every financier in this world is saying:"GET OUT OF THE BRITISH POUND!"

And you are happy that you keep your money in Sterling,in the UK!

IT IS NOT STERLING ANYMORE,MY DEAR!

The BPound is almost at parity to the Euro...it lost a lot in value since the financial crisis started

as we al know at the strongest industry in UK are the finances...

Now...as the BG Lev is pegged( FIRMLY fixed) to the EURO ,it will not loose any

value ONCE the Lev is converted to €.

I read the financial statements of REIFEISENBANK(Austrian bank) and they

suggest to the EU Commission ,that BG joins the Euro in 2010.

You still could wait a little bit,Countryhik, as investors predict futher fall of the Pound.

Then I shall recommend you cross the Channel and open an acount at a bank in

France or Germany.

If you are citizen of EU this shall be not a problem.

BG lev will not loose value but probably the prizes of goods will increase as it's happened in Germany when the ,e was introduced.

OTTO von BISMARcK was also fat...I pass by at his denkmal with his even fatter

dog

every day.

Of course Germans do not want that Bulgaria owns nuclear plants...

THEY KNOW WELL THE BULGARIAN SOUL LOVES THE RUSSIANS MORE than the

eiskalt,emotionless Germans.

They are afraid one day may be BG will feel more close to Russia than to

Western Europe and who knows what will be produced in those nuclear plants!

My dearest,dearst NELLIE,

the word"manu" in Spanish means "hand",therefore it ought to be said:

"a manual job".

As it is well knowed, manual jobs in Germany or in Great Britain are better

rewarded as IT jobs in BG,but you must take in consideration living expenses

there are much higher than in BG.

I lived twice in London and in 1999 I paid 955,- BPounds per month rent.

The second time I lived in Chelsea, close to South Kensington and paid 860,-

Pounds just for a studio.

Food is not so expensive but of very low quality.
