My dear Vas,

you really have a blosoming fantasy!

george Bush(as much as you obsessed with him) will be AROUND ONLY ANOTHER YEAR!
That it is!
Than he will molk his cows in the Crowford ranch in Texas.

Consumer credits are BAD credits because the items, which someone purchases

lose their value.

The licenses were issued in 2005,a year when Bulgaria still did not belong to the European Community,
therefore the Bulgarian Environment Minister is not binded by European laws.
In this time the laws of EU did not apply for Bulgaria.

In my opinion the Bulgarian Ministry of Trade ought to prove again the VALIDITY of the licenses to the Canadian Company, issued some years ago.

If they do not fullfil the environmental requirements according to the new environmental laws,
then the Bulgarian Government ought to withdraw the so called"licenses",which were issued illegaly.

Thre are NOT retrospective laws.

My dear LYTOM,

i also dislike Bush as he is not suficiently refined but here I give him a credit.

He is right!
Companies will avoid a country where they have to pay BRIBES to officials in order to get planning permissions, licenses or other DOCUMENTATION,necessary to start a busines.

Coruption exists in many countries but according to the Western media in Bulgaria is a plenty of it....

A country is like a person...if the reputation is bad...friends will stay away.

Beside this there are NOT only american companies, investing in Bulgaria...many German,Belgian,UK a.s.o.

and they should be welcommed as they improve the economical situation of bulgaria.

Please, try NOT to see only black and white!
