RS,
As i have to work on a case about trafic violation,i recolled you got one last Friday.

In case you want to fight this ticket as paying the required fine will lead to MORE POINTS (you know the NY POINTS SYSTEM! You may get up to 8 points for driving too fast, depending on the Trafic Court),

you have the right to see the radar gun and to view the basis for which the cop is stoping you.

The NY Trafic laws give you the right to subpoena (legal order demanding evidence) the CALIBRATION RECORDS for the radar gun.

In California e.g. if the radar gun wa NOT calibrated during the last 10 days fbefore the issue of the speeding ticket, the motorist could fight the ticket and win in the Trafic Court.

it is more complicated to produce evidence if LIDAR was used.

it does not make it BRITISH.

Actually HSBC did not have any branches in UK until 1999 when it bought the midland Bank.

Who told you that HSBCis British bank?

HSBC means Hongkong Singapore Banking Corporation and the started originally in Hong Kong and expanded around the world.

In 1999 HSBS bought the Midland Bank and exchanged over night all signs just to the abbriviation
so that the English (who are very patriotic) do not know that it is a forein bank.

Not just this...the chairman, whom they appointed was also a British...John Brown.
The avarage British does not bother so and so...
the ONLY issue they are conserned of ...is the PRIVTE LIFE OF THEIR CELEBRITIES.

Have you ridden the underground in London...they spread those stupid newspapers in front of your nose and do not come even on the idea to ask you:"Sorry,Mam,do I disturbyou?"

My dear vas,
people are commiting crimes in EVERY SOCIAL SYSTEM...it does not have anything to do with USA.
May be the media did not pay so much attention as the crimes were not commited by CELEBRITIES as some people are obsessed with CELEBRITIES and read everythin about their life.

I studied Criminal laws in Bulgaria(Kliment chridski),in Germany and in Berkeley and i am telling you everywhere are people who are prone to commit crimes.

I just read that in the city of melbourne(where i was just 4 months ago) an young man shot dead bypassers, who intervened in his fight with his girl-friend.

There are psychpats everywhere in this world!

Why next time you do not tell us something about contemporary Bulgarian poets or novelists.

i would appreciate it as can not find anything about them.

hello Vas,

I do agree that the Bulgarian doctors ought to receive higher salaries...
the ONLY ONE WAY in the capitalist system is to

STRIKE,STRIKE,STRIKE,STRIKE and STRIKE!

As the Berliners say:"Protestietren ...auf alle Vieren!!"They mean with all your hands and legs!

They should organize in STRONG UNIONS and have strong LOBBIES in the Parlament.
The lobbies are the ones who change laws and rules.

So...you are wrong!
The Health Care Systems inEU differ immensely from one country to the other.

Great Britain has the most human and social Health Care... am telling you from my own experience.
I was with my son some years ago in Brighton,UK and my son fell under a carousell for children...his ear was completely torn from his head.

He stayed one week in the hospital of East Sussex...they sew his ear ...and they did not want one penny!

Not in Germany...you can die here on the street...if you do not have insurance...nobody will bother that you are dieing!

If you are lucky may be the social welfare will pay the Hospital bill.

I do not believe everything what BBC say...but I traveled in February from Melbourne,Australia to Dubai and next to me was sitting a Professor from Dubrovnik,Croatia.

For about 10 hours we talked about the war in the previous Jugoslavia.I asked him
in Bulgarian language if it is true that the Serbians were shooting at the moslem population.
He answered:"se e bilo vyarno...oni sa strelyali i ubivale Musulmani".

Then I believed that it was true and the western media was not lieing.

He is changing sides all the time...10 years democrat,56 years Republican, then Democrat, then technocrat...

NOW...indipendent Michael Bloomberg!
Last night he said on BBC...NO!NO! and No! He is not going for the presidency.
He is an exellent business man, running Bloomberg Networking and getting very rich by selling business and financial news to the masses...but in my opinion if he
runs for the Presidency,he will not have a lot of success as he still lacks the backing of the majority of the US population.
It will happen the same as with Pierot.

Mikelarts means that the real estate in Bulgaria shall be dictated by the laws of "supply and demand" as in every other capitalist country.
If the Bulgarian Government follows the economic theory of Adam Smith,it may intervene in the Property market and changes the Land Laws in such direction that young couples are given lower interst rates and long term mortgages.

The reality is:If the Bulgarians want higher standart acommodations, the consruction industry has to BORROW and borrow and borrow and everybody wants more and more money...Landowners,licensing agencies, construction workers;handykraft people a.s.o.

The result is higher prices for houses and apartments...but,hey,don't worry..
NOW you have freedom!
