Just plain village common criminals. Everyone knows that the "VIP" of Bulgaria are the ones that are commiting all types of crimes but when they get caught they produce their VIP ID's and call a few friends and all is forgotten. This is why the Police and other authorties don't want to deal -with them because they are afraid to see what will happen to them for doing their jobs.

Someone should make an example of this behavior but I doubt anything will happen. All will be either forgotten or a confusing leagal wrangle will start and nothing will finish.

Honterus

You got no idea about Bulgaria if you think just because you speak like a Bulgarian you will be a Bulgarian... if you are Black or Yellow pr Pink you will never be Bulgarian. And this is not an insult to anyone. Why should they be Bulgarians? They are not. So the man was Black and spoke Bulgarian... see what will happen to him after 10pm in some parts of town... as lovely and as poetic he might be with the language he will not be saved from our nicer aspects of Sofia night life.

About non-muslims in muslim countries... Nellie explains it in her own unique style but what she says is all true. If a non-muslim, say for example, a Bulgarian woman was raped in one of these lovely muslim nations probably she would be punished. The fact is that these countries are really "third world nations"- their are hundreds of years behind not in technology but in what we call "civilization'. I cannot se how our fundamental different socities can live with each other, they do nto respect us and because of our superior civilization and respect for humanity we are supposed to respect them? I like to see all the nice liberal believers in a muslim country wearing a cross and see what would happen to them hahahahaha

Libya is a tiny nation in the a.s.s. end of Africa. If you look up the map upside down. Now who really cares what Gaddafi thinks or does? He is a wacko-jacko for sure amongst the terrorist elite. (not sure who said this but true

Nellie brings a good point- what does UNESCO do anyway? How relevant is UNESCO to our modern world? Its an irrelevant institution not even worth thinking about unless there are no other news around.

My last words on Gadaffi, jesus get yourself better clothing, ok it was cool back in the 70's sometime but now you just look like bozo-the-clown... who can take this clown seriously? He is a joke, although not a funny one.

i agree with Nelli on this... i am losing sanity.

the girl who is a woman now wants the charges dropped, the law really does not want to handle it and now some idiotic swiss policeman fcuk up and arrested Polanski.. i am sure nobody wants to deal with this case as no justice will be served anyway... just goes to show you that the only good thing that the swiss are god for besides imbecility is chocolates and watches

no more film festival in switzerland hahahahaha

Non-Eu citizens from western countries should still get a nice shiny lychna-karta type card and even better... its so sexy that you can even use it as a credit card ;) And from what I hear if you meet all the requirements as a "permanent resident" its not hard to get and no need to make special payments.

Bulgarian medics who were tortured and kidnapped by the Libyan Gov and Gaddafi cannot even compare to the terrorism created by Lybya and Gaddafi. Gaddafi is responsible for the murder of 200 people.. perhaps he is the one that should be in jail but I guess nobody will do anything until he is dead and then the accusations and repercussions will begin.

The Libyans are not donkeys but Gaddafi fir sure is a giant A.S.S!

What a great money spinner for IBM, a bug here and there and they can be printing money from this system for centuries to come. Next thing we can do is give the printing of money to the local mafia, its almost the same thing.

IBM prices are the highest for almost everything and the quality is well below what should be expected.

I will buy some real warm clothing for winter just in case the Gazprom continues its great customer policy of cutting supplies in mid winter and blaming someone else.
