So this will be the end of the project, as after the nuclear crisis in Japan, there will be no western investor to finance this project. Even more, if additioanl protection against earthquakes costs extra. So at the moment this is not included, but Belene is in a earthquake risk area.

Belene was and is dead. Everybody living in Bulgaria knows that in this country even smaller projects fail to be handled carefully, not even thinking of such complex as a nuclear plant. Not even mention a nuclear plant in a eartquake zone as Belene is.

Better to stop now than later. Nobody can handle the risk of this technology, when even a hightech country as Japan faisl to do so.

Well, this letter gives the answer.
If he doesn't understand this, he can also ask his friends, the Galevi Brothers.

First of all, what are leaking USB ports?!
I just can imagine of USB Sticks or Flash memories with the conversations on it being sold for 200.000EUR.

The whole story now leads to several open questions:
Who has an interest in this material and the money to pay for it?
What have been done to the tapes for another 50.000EUR? So they are indeed manipulated.
And if not:
At the end, the conversation really took place.

Difficult to find a conclusion on that.

This plant is useless, too expensive, the environmental still exists (Belene lays in a earthquake active area) and there is no need for the energy, neither in Bulgaria nor in the neighbour states.

Russia uses Belene as a part of their geo strategical plans and to get a step into the energy markets in the EU.

BTW, there ain't nothing like a free lunch.

On the other hand, if the contracts would end automatically and you have to reactivate your number later, if you have failed to resign, it would also not welcomed.

If you want to end your contract before the end of it, you have to pay the rest of the monthly payments. Depending of the rest time it could sum up...

More annoying as the SMS ads are the calls for any promotion on your fix line. Because they will insist to speak to the owner of the contract...
