Lol - Capt. Randy Ready and General Breedlove! Sounds like something out of a comic strip or cartoon.

And 250 tanks to be deployed to Eastern Europe? Overkill once again. Didn't our President say that USA has not yet approached BG on this subject? Typical that the Yanks make up the rules for everyone, everywhere, and assume what's best for us all.

Send the meddlesome Yanks and their tanks packing immediately, we don't want THEM here either. They're not any better than the Russians, in fact they're equally aggressive. They can go play with their toys elsewhere.

US Capt. Randy Ready obviously isn't ready, but hey, any excuse will do to gain a foothold.

"They have certainly raised the cultural tone along the coast ! ".......Bahahahaha!!!!!!!!! OMG, you're kidding, right? They couldn't raise the "cultural tone" anywhere! Thanks for my laugh of the day. You obviously haven't met any Russian tourists outside of Russia. I have, in afew countries and they are all crass, vulgar, ill mannered and obnoxious. No-one likes them, but they'll take their money.

The only reason that Russians own some 300,000 odd properties in BG is because they were encouraged and allowed to by their fellow comrades in BG - not because they are "successful capitalists". It's simply brown-nosing to big brother for their self serving interest. The Russian trojan horse is part of the grand plan and working quietly in the background. Very dangerous. It will all backfire on Bulgaria in the future.

My first thought is to blow it up whilst all the BSP commies are having their annual picnic there ;)

But seriously, the Monument of Oppression should remain in its current state and be allowed to crumble away, bit by bit, and let it die a slow and lonely death; just like what many people experienced during the regime. Apparently, the commie fat cats of the day spent around 14 million leva to build that grotesque piece of concrete, barely 10 years before the regime and communism fell and ended. What a waste of money! Not everyone was agreed with this project obviously, but expressing an opinion on the subject then would have put your life in jeopardy, so they suffered in silence; whilst the powers that be happily spent all of their comrades money on this glorified folly, whilst the poor little comrades were busy toiling away on it for 5 years. One can imagine the perks that were available to the hierarchy during the construction, it must have been like Christmas. Let the place rot to a timely death and not 1 lev more should be spent on this vulgar, macabre, ugly eyesore.

It's a pity and ironic that the Bulgarian "judicial" system doesn't prosecute AND jail real crims and gangsters. They are very selective and always get it wrong.

IMO we should not allow or accept USA "heavy weapons" on Bulgarian soil. Once they are there, you'll never get rid of them (the weapons and the yanks). Is there nowhere sacred on this earth that the Yanks don't meddle and infiltrate? We are friends with the USA but WE DO NOT NEED YOUR HEAVY WEAPONS on our soil. Bg has had enough of war and occupation. There is alot of catching up to do after the commie dictatorship that kept everyone in their place and in the dark and behind the wall. We are a small country that is still trying to rebuild, develop and grow as a nation in the aftermath of communism. That is, or should be our sole priority as a free nation.

If these are live exports, then that amounts to animal cruelty and thus will be transported and killed inhumanely. Check out the way they are treated and killed in Indonesia. It's sickening beyond words.

STOP LIVE EXPORT NOW !!!!!!
