"From which Ku-Kux-Klan 'history' book did you copy and paste this?"

None, to be honest. Not that anything is wrong with the Klan. This is all my own original out-of-the-box thinking. Something a pedantic German and a professional Leftie liberal could never perform or even imagine. hehehe

"Until today, no Bulgarian politician ever apologized for that and until today Bulgaria is not willing to compensate the victims."

Of course not, Bulgarians are tarikati. Do you think Bulgarians are as dumb as the Germans?!?

And who takes care of this "new citizen" until the age of 18? The tax payers have to pay for its care? And what about its mother? She is allowed to stay and take care of this new citizen, is she not? Or if she is not, then who? The baby becomes a burden on society. No matter how you slice it or dice it, it is unacceptable.

Africans were sold into slavery by their own tribe leaders or when a tribe lost a war with another tribe. Most of the "slavers" were African Muslims and Arabs who sold these slaves to the Americans. The Americans needed labor to develop the continent. When they could not hire enough workers, they resorted to buying them. What is the difference between a slave or a worker? The worker is free to come and to go, but the bottom line is, he has to work or starve. He can move from one job to another, but he still has to work, no matter what. A slave can't change jobs as easily, but he also has to work to get food and shelter. Not much different, really. Eventually, when enough Irish and Italians came to the Americas and boosted the numbers of available workers, the slave trade went down significantly. Who would want to buy a lazy, filthy African and have to feed it for the rest of its life, when you can hire for the same money a nice, hard-working Italian or Irishman fresh off the boat?

"This could have serious consequences if the judge's decision is sustained. It would mean that any judge who's a political hack from whatever party could annul a referendum or any other law when "commanded" by his party bosses. It leaves democracy open to destruction by minorities."

I am not so worried about the sexual orientation of the judge, as I am about the fact that a judge can rule to overturn the voice of the people. There was a referendum and 52% of Californians voted against gay marriage. And now comes along this gay fruit of a judge and overturns the people's decision. What point is there in voting and having referendums if any nut job can come along and overturn them?

Nice Ramadan present from God to the dirty Muslims in Pakistan. Revenge for 9/11. I am having an exquisite moment of schadenfreude watching the Taliban and their minions drowning in mud. Ah, there is poetic justice in the universe! And just in time for Ramadan! I love it!

"If illegal aliens cross the border into the US, and have a child here, and that child is granted automatic citizenship under the 14th Amendment, are the parents then eligible for naturalization as family members?"

Yes, Bill. It is called an "anchor baby" anchoring the whole family in the US. Many Mexicans go to the US to give birth for free, I might add, and then stay and bring the whole tribe to the US. It is revolting and infuriating. It has to stop.

I think they should delete the 14th amendment and make it retroactive. No children born to slaves should be American citizens. Deport them all back to Africa.

"Rumors have circulated for months that Walker is gay, fueled by the blogosphere and a San Francisco Chronicle column that stated his sexual orientation was an "open secret" in legal and gay activism circles.

Walker himself hasn't addressed the speculation, and he did not respond to a request for comment by The Associated Press on Thursday. Lawyers in the case, including those defending the ban, say the judge's sexuality -- gay or straight -- was not an issue at trial, and they have no definitive plans for it to be a factor on appeal.

But that hasn't stopped a public debate that exploded in the wake of the 66-year-old jurist's Wednesday decision. Most of the chatter has come from opponents of same-sex marriage.

"Here we have an openly gay federal judge, according to the San Francisco Chronicle, substituting his views for those of the American people and of our Founding Fathers who, I promise you, would be shocked by courts that imagine they have the right to put gay marriage in our Constitution," said Maggie Gallagher, chairwoman of The National Organization for Marriage, a group that helped fund the ban, known as Proposition 8."

The gay vermin is overturning the people's vote!!!
