Hhaahahhahaha,,this is crazy. How can Buglaria award an award to itself? Absolutly nuts! And to say Sofia is a "green city"? Give me a break. Look at all the cars on the road from over 30 years old, and the exhaust that comes out of them. With our famous corruption, anything passes the technik inspection. And we breathe in the fumes from all these crap cars. Green city, I would call it smog city.

Crazy! Bulgaria really remains a lawless society, where business always overrides the interest f its citizens. This smoking ban is about health and conern for BG's citizens. These business people don't care, and want their profits no matter what, not to adopt to a normal international standard of banning smoking, but to make Buglaria a unique smmokers paradise. SMoking is an epidemic in BG, why not give the ban a chance, and find a way to adapt.

how many times must we say, the all of the western world has such a ban on smoking. Put simply, smoke is something smokers can enjoy on their own, without blowing it the face of others. Segregated smoking division never worked, no country follows that model, everywhere smoking is banned. It would be sad to see if bulgarian mutri can have the power to lift this sensible ban.

Let's celebrate "College Day" when the government finally votes to protects its students by closing all the disco's, bars, and smoke shops in Studenski Grad. We should be protecting our future generation, and not make them study inside a Las Vegas environment. :))))))

Oh come on, the point is that Bulgaria natural friends are the felow slavic countries, from Serbia, to Poland to Russia....etc, etc. Buglarians have nothing in common with USA, and they are far from our borders. Business and civilization are moving east fast, and no need to look west. And to be pro-Russia has nothing to do with being communist, as communism is dead in Russia and the other former East bloc nations of Europe. Passy only purpose in Bulgaria is to promote and represent the USA. His views are so far from reality or Bulgarian public opinion, i have no idea why Novinite bothers to quote him.

And by the way, why is Novinite always talking about this guy Passy? This is the same guy as always with ideas to make internet constitutional rights and lobbying to make hotel room phones with standard numbers. No one in the world champions such important causes as he :))))))) Let's report real news!

Topic: USA!

Oh, come on. Bulgarians will always side with Russia, its natural ally. This US relationship, with Nato and friends is only temporary until Russia gets fully back on its feet, and offers a new economic block away from the bankrupt western nations. Passy lives in dreams. He is America's guy in Bugaria, not our guy.
