"But for today, I congratulate Bulgaria and Romania, on joining the European Union."

Thanks, pal - you must be not from Europe, arent you?

Thats what we do best - to steal. Otherwise what kind of Bulgarian can you be? Only fake Bulgarians dont steal.

"The Bulgarian government's proposal for "specific co-operation schemes" with other EU states was prepared in February by Stanishev's advisory board, notably his European affairs advisor Maria Markes-Pinto."

Maria Markes-Pinto must obtain Bulgarian citizenship right away - you need to be Bulgarian to have such ideas in the first place.

But what is true is that way too many people who are in responsible positions in the judiciary and in all administrations fear nothing and breach the laws on a daily basis because once they get into trouble their buddies in higher positions come and help them. So there is a total lack of leadership and control in all administrations.

How many high ranked people are in prison in BG for proven fraud, corruption, tax evasion, etc.? I think its still zero.

I found the architect of the commie ufo is Georgi Stoilov. But unlike most Bulgarians who work in creative professions, he looks like he is both a smart and a creative person. I read he was a mayor of sofia between 67-71 and during his tenure the South park was opened.

Now get this - in 1970 or so he, together with other colleagues proposed to the commie government a general plan for the long term development of Sofia - infrastructure etc. - and it aimed at the time when Sofia would become 2 million people. The dumb commies from the government rejected it as futuristic because they couldnt figure out a 2 million Sofia.

Who is the architect of the UFO? It resembles to nothing that the commies were building at that time.

Actually it resembles to nothing that the Bulgarians usually build and looks like a religious artifact erected by people who believed that this thing will actually attract a real ufo from the space. Not that people didnt do such things before

http://www.artificialowl.net/2008/09/abandoned-ufo-like-futuro-house-munson.html

But our ufo is really big, really abandoned and really in the middle of nowhere so it could not be used for any rational purpose already at the time of its completion. Why dont our commies rent the structure to some scientologists?

I hope the suspects will be extradited in France and tried there. Psichopatic murderers whose parents have good connections in BG like the psicho who killed the female student in Varna must be jailed for life without parole. In both cases there is heavy evidence that they got the right guys.

And it looks like the French wont let it go like this but im not sure what the BG "judicial system" will do - maybe declare that in both cases the suspects tried to prevent the victim from committing suicide but somehow the victim managed to stap self several dosens of times.

Hm,

CJB, on first sight looks like youre right. On second, the study methodology consists of filling in questionnaires given to the students by people they are supposed to trust.

So if the kids of one country are more honest and trust more the investigators than the kids of another you may get a very wrong picture of the actual situation.

So the whole study may be BS.

I am proud that the Bulgarian culture proves to be so robust and is transmitted from one generation to another so seemlessly producing the same quality of Bulgarians generation after generation.

We wont give up our Bulgarian culture and habits so easily as it is rare in the EU and therefore precious and unique. We wont succumb to the ridiculous rules, beliefs and boring habits of the Westerners.

Of course if the debate was to show that whatever the BG voters do, we will have another bad prime minister and therefore another nonsencical 4 years, then it was total success.

Its not easy to choose the lesser evil between these 2 - one wants to call foreigners to run the state administration because his government is unable to deal with any of the countrys important issues and the other one cannot deal with gathering the garbage and providing normal transportation in the city he is supposed to run.
