First of all, speculations make week arguments.
Next, KathieвЂ™s opinion is from the Bulgarian perspective and yours is from the Western European perspective. Xenophobia or lack of respect are basically expression of the same attitude. The wards reflect the different perceptions determined by the different sensitivities of the people that are on the receiving end and the one that are dishing it out.
