A cistern (Middle English cisterne, from Latin cisterna, from cista, \"box\", from Greek κίστη kistê, \"basket\") is a waterproof receptacle for holding liquids, usually water. Cisterns are often built to catch and store rainwater. Cisterns are distinguished from wells by their waterproof linings. Modern cisterns range in capacity from a few litres to thousands of cubic metres, effectively forming covered reservoirs. Except in Bulgaria where the word means something else entirely.
We should learn from this disaster that deteriorating infrastructure is an alert that we should not play with nuclear energy.
The Northern Lights brings forth the warm Viking spirit into the theatre whereby Bulgaria will enjoy.
It seems the accident was human era or aged equipment.
From 6 832 000 eligible to vote only 2.5 000 000 supported the referendum and between them the less informed parts of the society.
The majority of the Bulgarians boycotted the referendum. The old women in the villages that voted YES did not have a clue that they are voting for \"first-past-the-post system in two rounds\". This referendum is entirely product of media engineering designed to exert pressure on the Bulgarian political formations to distract them from doing their jobs... who designed it??? it is easy to guess. Who is the main sponsor of BTV??
In addition the pressure from the liberal (Soros's supported) organizations led to educational reform that created 100 new universities...... all in time of a demographic crisis and depopulation... this dissipated resourses ruined the academic infrastructure and lowered the standards...
Absolutely not!!! the teaching methods are OK.. the students are not OK... now in the universities are accepted students that are below the average level of intelligent and below the average level of motivation and labor skills. It is because Bulgaria lost the majority of the capable young people due to the massive brain drain and sucking of human resources by the more developed western economies \'(via the propaganda of the liberal global organizations)..,. these students are not capable of assimilating advanced knowledge but they are accepted in the universities in order to preserve the infrastructure of the universities which have to close otherwise.
Some years ago an inventive business man was decommissioning military ammunition of all sorts and preparing from it blasting materials for the mining... he made deadly, completely unstable mixtures that at one moment exploded and killed many people.including his own son.. the investigation was directed in completely deliberate and controlled manner, so to cover the causes of the blast... and he received no punishment....it is intersting that the media were not payed to follow the case... and the society forgot about that.... the same will be with mister Stankov.... but this time the ethnic Turkish politicians of the region will pursue and demand clarification to satisfy their electorate.
