The major outcome of Bulgaria's Parliamentary Elections on July 5 is most likely to be: clear advantage for the center-right forces and a rightist govt (i.e. GERB + Blue Coalition)    42 votes.   minor advantage for the governing three-way coalition parties and a similar new govt (i.e. BSP + DPS)    8 votes.   stalemate and a government of "national unity" supported by BSP and GERB    5 votes.   stalemate and new Parliamentary Elections in the fall of 2009    8 votes.   clearly manipulated vote through vote-buying and corporate pressure leading to 8-10 parties in the next Parliament    60 votes.
