Of course, this report omitted the Daily Mail's headline: "We're on our way to Britain: A year from now up to 29m Bulgarians and Romanians will have the right to settle in Britain and claim benefits. And these gypsies in the slums of Sofia can hardly wait..."

So it looks like everyone in Romania and Bulgaria will be in another "Great Excursion"....

Don't pay too much attention to the Facebook comments under this report - most of the UK "pikey twats" so graciously referred to are now living in Yambol and the other crummy Brit ghettoes in BG.... ;)
