When will we see the real workings of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank and its infrastructure and sustainable projects using economic bloc policies.

Next we need more participation of Observing Countires to articulate technology transfers from the West and Europe for Eurasia.

Time has come for Bulgaria to lead the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation using its founding members to integrate the importance of ethnicity and economic cooperation with high unemployment and population migration.

Next we need the cooperation of the Observer Nations, for example, France, United States and Israel.

Let us not forget the Sectoral Dialogue Partner Countries for example, England and Iran.

Now the theme is ethnicity and peace negotiations for Bulgaria to lead with example as seen through Bulgarian History.

Now someone must teach President Obama the opening we have to accomodate all parties through economic diplomacy.
