Bulgaria Bans Bus Parcel Deliveries
This is going to have an adverse effect on village dwellers.
The postal system is shambolic enough already.
A man that used to have parts delivered by bus will now have to travel on the bus to fetch the parts himself, or send his wife or pay someone else to travel to fetch said parts.
Needless to say, the parts will still travel on the bus, but it will just cost more.
Will my friend the bus driver be unable to collect my parts while he is in the city? Of course not. Until he gets caught helping a friend that is, and fined. More expense.
