My experience of dealing with people from the Middle East leads me to advise that they insist on having the majority share of any business. This can result in them taking the whole business from other shareholders as soon as it starts making money. After they have gained all the necessary technical information, there is a tendency to fire all the local staff and bring in cheap abour from India and Pakistan. Also, other countries from this area have taken bank loans from EU countries and as far as I am aware, they still have not been repaid, many years after the final date. Just a warning
