The biggest joke in the story was the statement, "Sofia's Traffic Police have reminded that they are in charge of controlling road traffic "and not mall traffic."
Right!
They do nothing to the bikes that drive on the streets and their own motorcycle police are the most worthless of any I have ever seen.

The only problem is that these idiots are probably too stupid to realise how stupid they are, so the only way to "embarrass" them would need to be swift, tough and simple....how about setting up some stocks outside the mall with free rotten fruit and eggs for the passers-by to use? ;)

Media should hammer these bikers for their total stupidity rather than their law breaking. If these bikers are made seem as stupid for their actions they will be humiliated and further attempts at such actions would be less likely. Beating the law is seen by some as a badge of honour, something to brag about but no one like to appear stupid. Whilst they might have been aware what was happening no one else was and when something unexpected happens people react in unforeseen ways so these bikers could never have been in control, one wrong move by a pedestrian and.......disaster, for everyone. Stupid actions or not????????
