"So what actually happened to those 500Mio. Euros?! "

Use your imagination and think outside of the box. Some of it went to fund the pensions and benefits of the old communist battle axes, some went to the government for entitlement programs, some went to Turkey via Ahmed Dogan and his mob, some went directly into the pockets of the swindlers and stimulated the German economy by the purchases of Porsche Cayenes and Mercs. None of it was used as intended.

Any other questions?

Next!

P.S. The EU might consider when giving money to Bulgaria to track it electronically and to have a full time auditors watching the money like hawks.

The loses both strategic and financial Bulgaria takes because of shutting down Kozloduy are far greater than this petty aid which is often late. Instead Borisov government could put more effort into cancelling this suspicious deal.

So what actually happened to those 500Mio. Euros?! The reactors are still standing as before...

120Mio. Leva for social projects around Kosloduy, yeah right! This selo must be a paradies for Kindergartens, umemployment assistance and Roma help projects...

Bests,
Taro
