Actually an agent is not issued the license, but it is granted to the broker with whom the real estate agent works. In case, if the agent changes his broker, the license can be placed to next broker he/she wants to work with. Continuously working with the broker with his license, the agent becomes aware of the necessary techniques to attract sellers and buyers.
As far as the training fee is concerned, most of the institutions provide the real estate agent classes at substantially less fee than that of other professional classes. The training period is also very short; it finishes within six months. Even there are few states where the course is finished within two months.
