Card company credit settlement

Credit card was a taboo a long time ago and eventually people thought plastic money was kind of a trend will all high profile people using it and then came a day when calls from all agencies came as easy as flies asking if we wanted one they didn't spare a single soul they called when your are at home, shopping, sleeping, eating and work too they are times in office when all the lines ring a at the same time and you know they are calling. You can bet they have all they telephone companies database and they same person has called at least 3 times. This is the main reason that people get attracted to the idea of owning a credit card. They are few credit card agencies which even give their card with out interest for a certain period and so on, Which will definitely want the common man to look at it as an option for immediately money in today's day of unlimited wants.

Once they get the card there is no looking back they spend as much and as often as possible I have friends who have been through these times. When they initially got the card they swore not to misuse it and then went and splurged on everything and then came a time when he/she could not believe the bill with the high rate of interest. They cringe but try to pay the amount because that's what they morals say and as they try paying the amount never seem to reduce and as there is a huge difference between the principle amount and interest they curse the day they got that call and agreed to take up this card.

After trying and failing not to pay the credit card amount for months one starts getting calls asking for payment and when the individuals try pushing it they put pressure on them to make the payment. When the payment is not done for long and the agency realize that the individual is not going to be paying for the amount used. The credit card agency people try getting in touch with the individual for a settlement. settlement s are made so that the agency gets at least the principle amount back but they do give huge discounts to people just to make them pay and recover what ever is possible. A settlement can be made over time with discussing and explaining your situation to the credit card agency people and in course of time they will come up with a figure that you need to make an immediate payment and close the card. Incase you have settled any credit card through this way it is recorded and verified in times when your applying for a loan and this might get you in a hurdle.

So be smart look around you see how your friends have suffered I am sure we all have that one friend who wanted a credit card very badly because he/she could splurge, and then came a day of no money no payment. It isn't a very pretty situation, therefore we need to pull up our socks, build on our will power not to over spend. It is very easy to say I won't do it but I as an individual cannot promise this wont be done by me as I am as human as my splurging friends and would love to spend that kind of money but I am hoping my will power can fight all this for me.
