New jersey attorney
The Attorneys of New Jersey are governed by Attorney General who is supposed to be the Executive Cabinet of the state. The Governor of New Jersey has got the power to appoint Attorney General. According to the Attorneys rule an Attorney General can serve the state for four years and can only be removed due to some serious cause and after discussing all facts. It stands at fourth position after the Assembly General.
The District Court of New Jersey is the judiciary for New Jersey Attorneys. Established in 1978 and has only one District Court with maximum population. At present Garrett E. Brown is the Chief Judge of this court.
According to Attorneys New Jersey court is divided as New ark, Trenton and Camden.
To operate New ark two court houses are there. The old one is United States Post Office and Court House whereas the recent court house is Jr.US.Courthouse. New ark is situated at the Martin Luther Building. In the same way as for New ark Trenton and Camden has also their court which provides attorneys to them. Municipal Government Attorney:
This law was develope4d in 1923 by Municipal Manager of New Jersey and is changed three times due to lack of flexibility and some conventional facts. By this law New Jersey is introduced in the progressive area and got its own importance in the legislative assembly.
New Jersey Council Attorney :
The council is selected according to this law can work for three years and can be sustained only by the Attorney General by giving real facts and after a serious investigation. According to this attorney the terms and conditions provided by council are subject to change only if they are not providing the sufficient legal issues and are not able to rectify issues easily. These attorneys are updated within a period of two years.
Mayor Attorney:
The Mayor of any council is selected by the council members only and he has to work according to the attorneys provided to him. He is the only responsible person to appoint administration and representatives of the council. The mayor is elected for four years of period and is the supreme power of the council. For any irregularities and mischief he has to answer Attorney General and has to work according to the Attorneys. For municipalities he works for four years but in Lodi Borough he works only for two years.He can work simultaneously for municipalities as well as for Lodi Borough also.
