The Medical University in Sofia are to stage Friday a protest rally against violence among youngsters, which has recently brought to the murder of the 20-year-old pharmacy student Stoyan Baltov.
He was killed in a drunkard's fight in front of a disco club in the capital's quarter Studentski Grad, where the lodgings of tens of thousands of students are situated.
The Friday's demonstration will be led by the university's President Vanyo Mitev.
A lot of other officials from the higher education sphere, representatives of the Bulgarian Doctors' Union, the Bulgarian Red Cross and the Pharmacists' Union will also join the rally.
