A heavy-loaded truck with Romanian license plates crashed against a minibus on a road near Bulgaria's northeastern town General Toshevo on Wednesday killing two people.
The victims are the 46-year-old driver of the minibus and an elderly woman, who was riding next to him, police authorities reported.
After the hit, the lighter vehicle got stuck on the nearby railway. A team of the Civil Defense Service is still trying to remove the smashed car.
The driver of the truck, a 29-year-old Romanian citizen, was not injured in the accident.
The causes of the crash are still under investigation.
