Money of the national budget will be used to finance the SAPARD projects that meet all requirements, Bulgaria's Deputy Prime Minister Meglena Plugchieva announced.
Ms. Plugchieva said that all "decent" projects would be financed although the EC has blocked the SAPARD funds for Bulgaria over violations and misappropriations.
The European Commission has already approved the move.
According to the Deputy PM, the unblocking of the SAPARD funds could happen as early as September.
