The Bulgarian Prime Minister Sergey Stanishev participated in a working lunch Friday with the Ambassadors of the EU member states to Sofia.
The event took place in the French Embassy at the invitation of the French Ambassador Etienne de Poncins, and was dedicated to the France's Presidency of the European Union.
The main topics of the meeting were the 18-month program of the three rotating EU Presidencies until the end of December 2009, and Ireland's failed ratification of the Lisbon Reform Treaty, which was rejected in a referendum in June.
