Society | July 11, 2008, Friday // 00:00

The final concert of July Jazz Smolyan Fest will be staged on 2,191-meter-high Perelik Peak in Bulgaria's Rhodope Mountains.

The musicians will try to set a new world record, playing in a century-old pine forest.

Among the participants in the unusual event will be the world-famous jazz musician Milcho Leviev and Plovdiv Big Band.

The organizers have not revealed how Leviev's grand piano will be transported to the peak.

Only VIPs from Bulgaria and abroad are going to attend the unique concert as they will receive special invitations.
