The statement was made during a meeting between Gutierrez and Bulgarian fishermen, held in the seaside town of Sozopol.

The money will be granted on the Fisheries and Aquacultures Operative Program after the fishermen unite in associations and prepare some projects for absorbing the financial help.

The local municipalities will be partners in the projects' development and are to control the money spending.
