The electronic dance song, which was surprisingly picked to represent Bulgaria at the Eurovision 2008, has recently appeared to be among the favourites in the music contest, critics claim.

"DJ Take me away" of "Deep zone project" and Balthazar ranks eight among the song with greatest chance to win this year's competition.

Serbian media predicted the Bulgarian bid could be backed by those viewers, who do not like the contest as it differs in style.

The Serbian and the Russian songs top the list of the favourites, while San Marino, Monte Negro, Moldova, Cyprus and the Netherlands are among the outsiders.

The 53rd Eurovision Song Contest will take place as planned in Serbia's Belgrade despite worries over the political turmoil there.
