Sofia's St. Alexander Nevski Cathedral opened its doors on Sunday to welcome all believers who came to attend the Pasha Mass.

The Easter Mass on Sunday is called "Second Resurrection of Jesus" and the text from the gospel for telling how the son of God has risen from the dead.

During the mass, the text was read in several languages: Greek, German, French, Romanian, English, and of course Bulgarian.

Bulgaria's Patriarch Maxim also took part in the mass, addressing the believers and calling them to rejoice on the holy day.
