Culture Minister Stefan Danailov was awarded Thursday a beautiful statuette over his great contribution to recognition of Bulgarian cinema.
The prize of Academica 21, association founded by famous Bulgarian art professors, was handed to the minister over his actor and art education work.
"I wrote a letter to Finance Minister Plamen Oresharski, demanding additional BGN 3 M to be allocated to Bulgarian film-making industry," Minister Danailov said after the ceremony.
The prestigious award was received by a Bulgarian cultural figure for the third time.
