Serbia's Interior Ministry has instituted legal proceedings against the independent Kosovo's leaders over violating the constitutional order and the state security, Darik News reported Monday.
Kosovo's President Fatmir Sejdiu, Prime Minister Hashim Thaci and parliamentary Speaker Jakub Krasnici are accused of proclamation of a false state on the territory of Serbia.
