The visor over the entrance of a kinder-garden in the city of Plovdiv collapsed under the weight of the snow in the beginning of 2008, miraculously claiming no victims.
The headmaster of the kinder-garden Radka Garkova told reporters that the heavy visor collapsed on January 3, when few children were in the care centre and that is why no one was hurt.
The kinder-garden continues work as children go in though a back entrance, while workers clean the site.
Plovdiv Mayor Rayna Petrova admitted that visors of the same type are hanging above the entrances of a number of other child care centres in Bulgaria's second largest city.
Cases of fallen visors continue to be reported across Bulgaria after the heavy snowfalls last week.
Luckily, no victims were claimed after a huge snow heap demolished a concrete slab over the door of a supermarket in Bulgaria's seaside city of Varna on Monday.
