One woman was killed and four other - seriously injured in a heavy crash between two cars, which occurred on the road between the towns of Bolyarovo and VBurgas early on Friday.
The driver of a Seat with two other passengers on board lost control over the vehicle, veered into the opposite lane and crashed headlong into a Lada with four people travelling in it.
The 53-year-old victim was travelling in the Lada. A 7-year-old child miraculously suffered no injuries. The driver of the Seat suffered several broken ribs, and one of his fellow travellers, a 26-year-old woman had her pelvis smashed.
All wounded individuals were taken to the hospital of Elhovo town.
The reasons for the accident are now under investigation.
