The lowest ever level of unemployment in the Eurozone has been reported in September according to data of Eurostat Statistical Office.
The figures show that the unemployment during the last month has reached only 7,3%.
The Statistical Office has recently reported that the figure for August was 6,9% but it changed to 7,4% after the level of unemployment in Germany has been re-estimated.
This step was taken as the country adopted a new estimating method, which is harmonized with such systems in all the other Eurozone member states.
The unemployment in the Eurozone reached its peak in March 2005 when it was set at 9,1%.
