Fallen Shelves Injure 2 Women in Non-Ferous Metals Factory in Bulgaria

Two women have been seriously injured in an employment accident in a factory for machining non-ferous metals in Sofia's neighbourhood of Druzhba on Wednesday.

Overladen shelves have fallen in a room in the factory, burring the two workers, aged 49 and 54.

The victims have been rushed to a hospital. The condition of the younger one is still critical, doctors said.

The case is now under investigation.
