Bulgaria's Foreign Minister Ivaylo Kalfin is to take part in a discussion over the EU Council's reform draft treaty, which will be held in Luxemburg.
The debate is included in the agenda of the two-day sitting of EU Foreign Relations Council.
The draft treaty has been prepared by the Legal Service with the EU Council together with experts from all member-states.
In the framework of the session there will be also held an intergovernmental conference, whose main topic is to be the preparation of a treaty for changing EU's constituent contracts.
