Bulgaria State Administration Minister Nikolay Vassilev and his wife Silvia enjoyed the happiness of seeing their first child coming into the world on Tuesday morning.
The little wonder, a girl, is named Victoria. She weighs more than three kilograms and is 47-centimeter-long.
Nikolay Vassilev, member of the centrist party of former king Simeon Saxe-Coburg, was nominated for State Administration Minister in the Socialist-led government in 2005.
In the government of Simeon Saxe-Coburg (2001-2004) Vassilev was Deputy Prime Minister. Initially he served as Economy Minister, but later took over the Transport and Communications Ministry.
He was one of the London City yuppies, on whom the former exiled king pinned his hopes after sweeping the general elections in 2001.
