An Italian notary announced Thursday the legacy of the legendary tenor Luciano Pavarotti, putting speculations on the topic to an end, Bulgaria's News Agency BGNES reported.
The singer left half of his fortune to his four daughters Giuliana, Cristina, Lorenza and the four-year-old Alice and a quarter to second wife Nicoletta Mantovani.
The rest 25% of the fortune were a reserve, the notary explained.
Reports in the Italian media suggest that the opera singer, who died last week from pancreatic cancer, changed his will a month ago to favour the children he had with his first wife, Adua Veroni - Lorenza, Cristina and Giuliana.
Pavarotti's estate, including homes in New York, Italy and Monte Carlo, is thought to be worth more than EUR 200 M.
