The head representative of the EC Michael Humphreys as well as the members of the committee - Kemal Eyup, a MP from Bulgaria's Turkish ethnic party and Dicho, a hit pop musician - were among the officials, who attended the opening ceremony.
"I would like we, Bulgarians, to take advantage of all the opportunities the EU gives us. I promise to cast my votes in favour of the most creative ideas," Dicho said.
