Fish Fillet Florentine

Ingredients: 1 package Crispy Battered Fish Fillets
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
3 Tbsp margarine or butter
3 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 3/4 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed

Directions: Preheat oven to 200ВєC.

Melt margarine in 2-quart saucepan. Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in flour. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly.
Remove from heat; stir in milk.
Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients except the fillets.
Place Fillets, with sides touching, in an ungreased 7x11 inch baking dish; pour sauce over Fillets. Bake uncovered in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
