Yet another suspect has been arrested Tuesday in Australia over a suspected al Qaeda plot to detonate car bombs in London and Scotland.
The detainee, who was seized in the eastern city of Brisbane, while he was trying to get on a plane with a one-way ticket, is a doctor of Indian origin.
The Indian is the third doctor, who is being questioned over the unsuccessful attack on the Glasgow airport along with the Iraqi Bilal Abdulla and Dr Mohammed Asha, who was arrested in Cheshire on Saturday night together with a 27-year-old woman thought to be his wife.
Another two suspects at the age of 25 and 28 have been arrested Sunday evening in the Paisley area.
The man detained at Glasgow airport immediately after the attack had severe burns and remains in a critical condition. He is hospitalised under armed police guard.
One more person, a 26-year-old man, was arrested in Liverpool on Sunday.
