Bulgaria faces sharp issues in the revenues policy and the insurance rights area these days, the country's parliament speaker said at the opening of the regional conference of the social and economic councils of South-eastern European countries and the Black Sea region.
To solve these issues, the Bulgarian government must develop and start an engaged process of talks and discussions that will lead to establishing working strategies for the whole society, Parliamentary Speaker Georgi Pirinski added.
For a consecutive year in a row Bulgaria shows a steady economy growth by 5-6%, president of the European Economic and Social Committee Dimitris Dimitriadis pointed out.
The social dialogue is a democratic means of reaching consensus over disputes on the life standard, labour conditions and the personal growth in the job hierarchy of the people, Social and Labour Minister Emiliya Maslarova said at the event. This turns the social dialogue into a precious aspect of the democratic societies, she concluded.
The conference was organized by the Bulgarian Economic Committee and the European Economic and Social Committee.
