Bulgaria has the possibility to negotiate over a maximum number of EU funds projects in the second half of 2007, country's PM announced Monday.
The negotiation depends on the municipalities, the business and the non-governmental sector, PM Sergey Stanishev said in Burgas at the opening of a seminar for clarifying the way of work on EU structural funds and their absorption.
At the seminar the PM presented the operational programs and the opportunities for the Bulgarian municipality, the business and the NGOs for absorbing the funds.
