The municipality of Sliven may become the cleanest one in whole Bulgaria after the mayor of the town hired the Sofia cleaning company "Chistota" to collect town's garbage and clean the streets. Or at least the Sliven mayor thinks so.
I know that he has been in Sofia many times, even lived in the city for a while and I am 100% he cursed more than once when he stepped into the piles of dirt and the large variety of garbage the capital offers. So why did he really chose the biggest Sofia cleaning company to take care of his town? Is he blind or it is another under-the-counter game of financial interests?
Whatever the case, it is clear that Sofia can be called a clean city maybe sometime around Doomsday. It's been over a year now that Sofia combats its garbage saga and several town have already refused to take the capital's bales.
These things mean to me only one thing: that the Sofia Mayor is already deeply despaired and cannot find a way out of the garbage situation. So he, with his good and noble heart decided that if he cannot help his own city he might at least let the cleaning company stay focused and shovel other towns' rubbish.
