Bulgaria's centrist party Simeon II National Movement officially launched their MEP pre-election campaign on Saturday.
"Our members of the EP will be the direct ling from Bulgaria to Europe and vice versa," leader of the party Simeon Saxe-Coburg said. His party's goal in the next four weeks will be to explain to the Bulgarian voters how important the role of the MEPs is.
"All of us are convinced that SIINM is the most European party in the Bulgarian parliament," he added.
The party decided they will keep it traditional at the official opening as opposed to some other parties, which launched their MEP campaign with a volleyball game or like the socialists, who have paid the gay idol Azis to sing for them as part of the campaign.
Bulgarians will head to the voting stations on May 20.
