Bulgaria's Union of the Democratic Forces party officially launched its MEP pre-election campaign with a volleyball game on Saturday.

Party's leader Petar Stoyanov delivered the first blow and showed some enviable volleyball talent on the sports grounds in the Sofia Oborishte Park. Bulgaria's golden volleyball player Lyubo Ganev also participated in the game.

Before the sport event, Stoyanov presented his party's MEP candidates. Union of the Democratic Forces is the only Bulgarian party that put as its first and utmost priority country's European integration, the leader said.

He also reminded to all who gathered on the occasion that the UDF is Bulgaria's oldest pro-European party.

Bulgarians will head to the voting stations on May 20.
