The gunman, who killed 32 people at Virginia Tech University before turning his gun on himself, has sent photos, videos and a letter of 23 pages to NBC News in the time between the two shootings.
The videos show Cho Seung-Hui, who waves guns or level the weapons at the camera.
The killer has also shot his long tirade, concerning the "rich kids," "debauchery," and "deceitful charlatans" at Virginia Tech.
"You have billions of chances to avoid what happened this day but you decided to shed my blood. You drove me into the corner. You have made the decision. Now your hands are stained with blood, which will never be washed away," the 23-year-old South-Korean student said.
The postmark shows the parcel has been sent one hour and 45 minutes after the first shooting in the university's dorm.
The package was received by the reporters two days after the severe rampage.
